How to get a faster answer

The clearest messages are usually the fastest to solve. Instead of saying checkout is not working, tell us which step failed, what you clicked, and whether you saw an error.

For order questions, include your order reference and whether the issue is about tracking, timing, delivery, or the item itself. For seller questions, let us know which listing or workflow you were using and where things stopped making sense.
